Our Mortgage Arrangers will listen to your requirements and present the most competitive mortgages for you to choose from. As we are not providing you with advice we think its fair to return some of the commission we get paid when you arrange your mortgage via Smaart Direct.

Cashback - Terms and Conditions

1. Commission cashbacks are dependent on the amount borrowed: mortgages of £50,000 to £100,000 = 30% of the commission received from the mortgage lender, mortgages of £100,001 to £250,000 = 40% of the commission received, mortgages of £250,001 and above = 50% of the commission received.
2. Commission cashbacks are paid within 40-days following completion of your mortgage by cheque
3. Smaart Direct arrange mortgages in the UK and Northern Ireland only
4. Smaart Direct arrange mortgages where no advice has been provided
5. Smaart Direct arrange mortgages from £50,000 upwards
6. Smaart Direct are unable to process mortgage applications where no commission is being paid by the mortgage lender
7. Smaart Direct will refuse to process applications where advice has been provided by Smaart Associates Limited
8. Smaart Direct may refuse to process any mortgage application at their discretion

Smaart Direct only arrange first charge mortgages regulated by the FSA and do not arrange mortgages or loans regulated by the CCA. Loans or mortgages regulated by the CCA can be arranged via Smaart Associates.
